Mamina's House Single Bedroom

Bahrija is a quiet countryside town, offering amenities and a few traditional restaurants. Just a 7 minute drive to get to the nearest cities of Rabat, Mgarr and historic Mdina. The property is divided into two stories, with the second floor having two private locking guest bedrooms, a shared guest kitchen , bathroom and desk area. All the bedrooms are fitted air conditioning units for cooling and heating, to be used against coin payment. Ample parking is available on the street. The space The second floor is mainly for guest use, having 2 bedrooms for guests and 1 bedroom for the host. The host's living quarters are on a separate floor. Guest will find a large guest common area having a kitchen with a full sized fridge, sink and stove with oven. The kitchen comes fully equipped with utensils, pans, mugs, a kettle and a microwave. A dining table is also available to utilize. A desk area can comfortably seat two people and there is also a large selection of books to choose from. The terrace area is also available for use and is very enjoyable on sunny days - all we ask is that you respect our neighbors and keep the noise levels down, it is a quiet neighborhood after all. The whole space, indoors and outdoors, are no smoking zones. It is also not allowed to bring additional guests over. As per local laws a 1.50 euro per night ECO Tax needs to be paid to the host upon arrival (up to 10 nights).
