The space The house is modern and spacious, ideal for families or groups who want to combine comfort and privacy with easy access to Amsterdam. The four generous bedrooms are bright and have an open view. A separate game room features a ping-pong table, pool table and dartboard, and can serve as a 5th bedroom with an extra bed upon request. The large garden offers sun loungers, a hammock, a bowling area and a golf putting mat — the perfect place to unwind after a day in Amsterdam. Additional amenities: air conditioning, free WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and complimentary bikes. The location offers the best of both worlds: peace and space, with Amsterdam within easy reach. The bus stop is 80 meters away and reaches the city center in about 15 minutes. Free private parking is available on site. For extra convenience, we can arrange transfers to and from Schiphol or Amsterdam in our comfortable 9-seater van. Please feel free to ask about the options. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and the garden. The property stands free, providing extra privacy. Up to 5 cars can be parked free of charge on the private driveway in front of the house. There is no elevator; the first floor is reached via a gentle, non-steep staircase. In the garden you can enjoy the bowling area and golf putting mat, among other features. Inside, the game room with ping-pong, pool and darts is yours to use. The owner lives 5 minutes away and is always reachable if you have any questions. Other things to note Bookings and guests • Inviting or accommodating additional guests without prior approval is not allowed. If you wish to stay with more guests, please contact us in advance so we can discuss the options. • You pay for the number of guests booked. If one or more booked guests are absent during the stay, no refund applies (except in case of emergency or force majeure). If on any day more guests stay than booked, that number applies to the entire stay. • In some cases we may request a security deposit of €200 in cash upon arrival. It is fully refunded at check-out after a brief inspection. Check-in and check-out • Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. • Early check-in possible upon request; luggage drop-off available from 11:00 AM. • Late check-out can be arranged for a small fee when no guests are arriving after your stay. • At check-out we will be present for a brief inspection of the property. House rules • Smoking is only permitted in the garden or on the balcony. • We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors. (Loud) parties, especially in the garden, are not allowed. Transport • Upon request we can arrange transfers to and from Schiphol or Amsterdam in our 9-seater van. Prices typically range between €30 and €80, depending on the number of guests.
