The space The housing exposes South-East is composed in the following way: Day space: - A living room of 44 m² with TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee pods... Sleeping area: - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 2: two double beds (140×190). - An extra bed can accommodate 2 children. - Bathroom with shower. - Separate WC. Exterior: - Two terraces of about 8.6 m² to enjoy the beautiful days, one covered and exposed East and a second exposed South with furniture. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
