Seapine Cottage - 3 minute drive to beach.

Located in a wooded setting on 1/3 acre, quiet, private, and safe. 730 sq. ft. garage apartment has newer furniture, washer/dryer, and a newly tiled shower. Kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, convection toaster oven, coffee maker, utensils, and dishes. There are plenty of towels and cotton linens for the bed. Wifi, cable, a Roku TV, and utilities included. We are a 4 minute drive from the beach and 10 minutes from the hospital. (Stays of 31 nights or more do not pay room tax.) The space My husband and I live in the main house. There's a private entrance for the cottage and a nice outdoor patio, front and back. Guest access We are the first driveway of the driveway leaving Seapine Drive, with a flag lot behind us. Please do not drive all the way down to the property behind us or block their driveway at any time. Other things to note We are on a septic system, so please do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. It WILL clog the pipes! The unit has been suppled with enough paper products to last a week, maybe two. Paper products and cleaning supplies are the responsibility of the guest if they are staying longer term.
