Located in a wooded setting on 1/3 acre, quiet, private, and safe. 730 sq. ft. garage apartment has newer furniture, washer/dryer, and a newly tiled shower. Kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, convection toaster oven, coffee maker, utensils, and dishes. There are plenty of towels and cotton linens for the bed. Wifi, cable, a Roku TV, and utilities included. We are a 4 minute drive from the beach and 10 minutes from the hospital. (Stays of 31 nights or more do not pay room tax.) My husband and I live in the main house. There's a private entrance for the cottage and a nice outdoor patio, front and back. My husband and I are retired and live in the main house, so we are available most of the time for any questions or issues that may come up. The neighborhood is a wooded area north of Florence, near Heceta Beach and the North Jetty, (out of the Tsunami Zone). Florence is a 10 minute drive away, as is Fred Meyer (Kroger's) for all your shopping needs. There is a Safeway closer to the Old Town area. Please know that this is not really a "walking" neighborhood. It's wooded and residential, but not really walking distance to shops or the beach. Public transportation not available. We are on a septic system, so please do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. It WILL clog the pipes!
