Our vacation home is located in Seepark Nordhorn directly on a small lake and has been awarded the FeWoAirClean and Bett & Bike seal. The house is equipped with an air purifier. According to the manufacturer, it is possible to remove 99.9% of viruses and aerosols from the air. With every comfort, the house on 2 floors offers plenty of space for up to 8 people. Notes on additional costs and fees: Special highlight: When booking, you will receive a free, digital Grafschafter guest card. This allows you to benefit from numerous discounts with more than 20 partners in the areas of public transport, mobility and leisure/culture. €100.00 security deposit must be transferred with the rent; will be refunded after settlement of the additional costs. Over New Year's Eve, the security deposit is €200.00. Costs for electricity (€0.49/kWh), gas (€1.60/m³) and water (€5.70/m³) are calculated according to consumption (prices without guarantee). Bed linen, bath linen and firewood can be ordered for a fee. The rental prices are for 5 people, each additional person pays a surcharge per night. One dog can be booked at an additional cost, others on request. If, after booking and by decision of the state, a health certificate or similar is required, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking and a lockable bicycle shed are provided for free. Wallbox (for a fee) for e-cars available. A nice wellness bath on the ground floor with sauna, jacuzzi, shower and underfloor heating provides rest and relaxation. Here you can relax to your heart's content and really unwind. On the ground floor is a large living area with a sitting area and fireplace, a cozy dining area and a super-equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from the hand mixer to the dishwasher to the waffle iron and cake tin. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is a play corner for the little ones in the children's room. A stair guard, socket fuses, a baby travel cot with mattress (please bring covers, pillows and duvet), a high chair, a potty and a small foot bench so that our little ones can reach the sink are also provided. Two additional sleeping options on the comfortable sofa bed in the fitness room are available. Here you will also find a treadmill, a bicycle exercise bike, a multi-power station, a solarium, a Wii game console, with Sports Resort, as well as a foosball table. The bedrooms (upper floor) as well as the fitness room and living room are equipped with televisions. An additional bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is available on the upper floor. Your entertainment is also taken care of. A DVD player, a PlayStation with games, a selection of DVDs and board games will not let you get bored. On our beautiful terrace you can end the day comfortably. The garden is fenced with a 90 cm high fence. Toys for your four-legged favorite are available.
