You will have everything you need to prepare meals at home. There is plenty of sitting area for dinning with a 6 seat dinning table and 4 stools located at the kitchen counter. There is a half bathroom located next to kitchen. Great Room: Furnished with style and comfort in mind. Enjoy wathing movies on the 50 inch Smart TV or listening to music with the Sonos Sound Beam. Deck: Take a step outside onto the large 3rd floor deck and enjoy the ocean air while taking in the views of the beautiful oak trees that adorn the community. A smaller private deck is also located on the 2nd floor master suite. Community Pool: The pool area features a bathroom, lounge chairs, and outdoor refrigerator. The pool is shared by only a few neighbors.
