As part of this process, scaffolding has been installed in certain areas of the façade, but it does not cover the apartment’s oceanfront façade, and the balcony remains available for use. There may be intermittent noise from the works during the day, particularly in the morning, and guests may also notice some dust in the surrounding outdoor areas. The interior of the apartment remains fully functional, as do the condominium’s swimming pool and gardens. Although every effort is being made to minimise any disruption, we wish to be fully transparent about this situation so that guests can make an informed booking decision. The second bedroom is exclusively available to groups of three or more guests. Smaller groups may use it for an additional €10/night, payable at check-in. Late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a €30 fee (until 22:30), or a 45€ fee (until midnight), or a 60€ fee (after midnight). Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the property.
