The space MODICA SUITE is a charming and independent apartment for tourist rental located in the historic center of Modica, overlooking Corso Umberto I, the "good living room of the city" full of shops and cafes. The apartment, newly renovated and furnished with careful attention to detail, consists of an entrance, a living room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a large double bedroom. Modica Suite is equipped with all the comforts: LCD TV, satellite TV, double-glazed windows, air conditioning/heat pump, radiators, equipped kitchenette and large shower, the flagship of the structure, with chromotherapy and cold water cascade. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people: a large double bedroom that can be equipped with an additional single bed, a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed with a high-density mattress. The accuracy of the finishes, services and comforts make Modica Suite a structure that can satisfy even the most demanding tourist. MINIMUM 2 NIGHTS Prices include electricity, water, gas, kitchen and dishware use, bed linen and towels (with 1 midweek change), initial and final cleaning. Prices are however to be agreed in relation to the period and duration of the stay. Smoking is prohibited in the house and pets are not allowed. The reservation will be valid only after the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the entire stay and the sending of an email with the receipt of the payment attached.
