Attic apartment with oven and patio

The apartment is in the South Black Forest and is very comfortably furnished with a separate entrance. There is excellent hiking (Wutach Gorge) and mountain biking directly on our property. In the historic double town of Waldshut-Tiengen, you can shop and dine. For a detour to Switzerland, Schaffhausen, with its Rhine Falls (25 min.), or Zurich, Konstanz or Freiburg is a great choice. Or just spend a cozy time in front of the fireplace overlooking the countryside...and relax!!! The space The apartment has a living area of approx. 90 sqm. The two individual bedrooms are separated from the spacious living and dining areas by a small hallway. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Beautiful extras are the Swedish stove and the cozy outdoor seating area with southwest orientation and evening sun. Other things to note The house is next to a church. The bells are often ringing.
