Set back from a clifftop on the Northumberland Strait, 3 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach. 1900 sq. ft. Cottage has been completely renovated inside with new kitchen, bath, flooring, all furnishings and appliances replaced. 30ft. Front deck has covered and open sections. Stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, tv /w DVD player, Roku TV, surround sound stereo, full tub and shower. Three bedrooms, sleeps six. Crib available upon request. The space The kitchen with breakfast nook has white shaker style cabinetry with Carrera marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast nook is housed in an alcove at the end of the kitchen with built in window seating, matching the kitchen cabinetry, with seating for 6. All kitchen amenities are provided (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, cookware etc.). Off the kitchen, an open concept room houses both the dining and living areas with recessed lighting and lots of big windows. The dining area has seating for 6. Adjacent to the dining area, there are patio doors which open onto a large enclosed sunroom. The sunroom overlooks the back yard (it is the exterior picture provided on AirB&B) and has electricity so lighting is available for night time reading/ relaxing. The open living room area has lots of seating, and includes a wall mounted TV, Apple TV, DVD player, amp and speakers for listening to music. The main living area is closed off to the bedrooms/bathroom by sliding barn doors. The bathroom has an all new enclosed shower/tub, toilet and vanity. Each of the bedrooms have windows and either a built in closet or wardrobe with lots of space to store clothing/ suitcases etc. The main bedroom has a white washed wood queen bed with lovely beach themed linens. The second bedroom has a beautiful grey wood chevron patterned double bed and the third bedroom a white wooden bunk bed (twin over twin). All mattresses and beds are new. All of the flooring is new and done in with a wide plank hardwood look. The entire cottage is decorated with modern coastal farmhouse feel.
