We've been operating our Bed and Breakfast since 1987! This room is located in the main house and is handicap accessible. We are located right on the edge of state forest and only 11 miles South of Ithaca College and 14 miles away from Cornell University. *The water on our property comes from a Sulfur Springs well. While it is filtered, some guests have noticed a sulfur smell from time to time. The space We've been operating our Bed and Breakfast since 1987! This room is dear to us as we are a Polish family and it is themed in a traditional Polish style. This room has a queen size bed, jacuzzi bath, shower, mini fridge, microwave and access to the common room with television. It is located in the main house, but has its own separate entrance. There is also access to the yoga and sauna space in this house by reservation. There is no access to the kitchen in this house. Traditional Polish breakfast is included with your stay when you stay 3 nights or less! We love all pets! We ask that they are not left alone if this causes them anxiety and to make sure you have their vaccination records handy. We want them to enjoy their stay here just as much as you! We have a friendly dog named Zuch who is 14 years old and two cats, Tula and Guyu who live on the property as well. Other things to note *We do have a minimum two night stay policy on the weekends
