Studio with Zen terrace, and private spa all year round, usable 24 hours a day. Shared heated pool area open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the dates indicated. Located between the Wild Ocean Landes and the sumptuous Basque Coast.... 1/2 hour from Spain! The space NICE STUDIO refurbished for 2 guests with ZEN TERRACE and PRIVATE SPA (all year round) and SHARED HEATED POOL AREA (from May 27 to September 27 for the year 2026). Ideally located for your visits to the region, 5 km from the ocean, 15 min from BIARRITZ, 2 km from BAYONNE, 15 min from CAPBRETON-HOSSEGOR! All points of interest (beaches, activities, culture, nature, navigation, Spain... within 30 minutes from the studio! The studio is located on the side of our house, and has a separate entrance, a resin garden furniture, a dining area and a private plancha. Even late arrivals are not a problem (self check-in by key box in this case, or if we are away). We can still be reached of course! It has 23 m², 1 room with leather bed in 160x200 cm, very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, shower room with toilet and washing machine. A welcome booklet is present in the studio: you will find all the information you need for your installation and the smooth running of your stay. Internet: WiFi, fiber. Free street parking in front of the studio. For 1 or 2 people, no pets. No reservations will be accepted for more than 2 people. Linens and bathroom linen provided. Charges included (water, electricity, gas for the plancha). Cleaning is not included: kitchen, bathroom, toilet, appliances, dishes, floors, windows, plancha... the studio will be spotless upon your arrival and must be returned in the same condition. Cleaning supplies provided. We take care of the laundry. An optional cleaning fee is available if you do not wish to do it thoroughly upon departure: €40 to be paid on arrival in order to book the service. PETS NOT ALLOWED. Do not hesitate to inquire.
