A beautiful four season townhouse on lake st. Catherine, vermont . In oxbow bay. The other side is occupied by co-owner and his wife. The property has it own private dock and swim area and a place for a boat. The front has a fire pit , surrounded by chairs. There is parking for two vehicles. Beautiful view of lake through a 12’ sliding door, onto a wonderful deck, there is a privacy shield on the deck between the two spaces. On the back of camp(facing the private road) is a nice covered porch. We have internet services. Smart TV in the living room. Some TV stations available. There are VHS tapes and DVDs available. “ What about bob” is a must watch! We also have a portable air condition in the downstairs. Private dock area, canoe, and kayak. Shared fire pit in the front by the lake . The chairs, tables, and grills are privately owned by me for your use. Please feel free to move these around . Plus “Ottos” offering ice cream, sandwiches, outside seating, occasionally music and miniature golf. (Ottos is currently closed, but leaving this here in case they reopen!) In Wells, is “wells country store” again wonderful people, offering breakfast sandwiches, specialty coffee, homemade salads, donuts and wine! Also, great specialty sandwiches...a short distance in poultney is Perry’s Restaurant. A short distance from the lake (by rural area standards): Manchester,vt great skiing area, restaurants, and outlet stores. (24 miles) The famous Lake George, NY .....(36 miles) Saratoga, NY...thoroughbred racing, harness racing, SPAC (performing arts)- big name events, spas and wellness centers....just a stroll down main Street is an event! (47 miles) Weston, vt is the home of the original vermont country store plus a few other shops. (42 miles) And always come back to the serenity of the lake. The upstairs bathroom is not completely done but the toilet, shower and sink are useable.
