You'll enjoy 2 pools, one Beachside and the other outdoor pool just across the street on the Bayside. Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. Your detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you via email and text on the day of arrival. Other things to note -- IF you plan on bringing a boat or watercraft you MUST pay all fees and submit the proper documentation 7 days prior to arrival. If you fail to do so you will not be able to use boat slip. They will give you a sticker for your craft, trailer and vehicle. -- Policies: 1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am. 2. NO Grills, electrical, gas or charcoal allowed at the condo (this is grounds for eviction). 3. This resort is Smoke-Free. No Smoking in condo, on balcony or common areas. 4. Pets are NOT allowed. 5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 7. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price and will be delivered to your condo before you arrive (Limit 2). 8. A Boat & Trailer Sticker are included with your rental. Pre-registration & fees are required. 9. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. 10. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival.* **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
