This chic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, which can sleep up to 8, has been designed with an eye for detail, style and relaxation. Just a 90-minute drive from NYC and close to the towns of Jamesport, Southold and Greenport, The Beach House is the perfect summer escape. Stay on the property for swimming, paddle boarding, beach walks, dreamy sunsets and BBQs - or venture out to enjoy all the North Fork and Hamptons have to offer. Wine tasting at the French run winery Croteaux, lunch at the world class North Fork Table and Inn, shop at the many Organic Farms or explore the charming historic seaport village of Greenport, all short drives from the cottage. Southampton is just 30mins away or catch the ferry over to visit Shelter Island. Guests have their own stairs to the beach, and can enjoy the paddle board that is provided. We also have an outdoor shower on the beach itself, and a double outdoor shower by the patio. There is also a large, finished basement with a games closet, and a large Smart TV for movie nights. Pets are welcome, for an extra fee of $200 per stay. Guest access Guests can use the entire house and property, including the beach stairs to access the beach.
