A secluded suntrap private terrace accessed via the master bedroom. It has a raised deck with an electric hot tub, and a lower area which is furnished with a rattan table and chairs. Guests have use of a private parking space at St Ives Rugby Club, a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the property. For additional cars, parking is available in several local car parks. Station Car Park which is a 3 minute walk from the property is the closest (local charges apply). Weekly permits can be bought (for cars only) through Pay By Mobile app, which permit parking in Station, Barnoon Long Stay, Island, Park Avenue and Penwith.
