Kids and family pets will enjoy large yard, TV's have cable and or Roku connection. Primary Bedroom with king size bed. Secondary bedroom with queen bed. Ample closet space. Designated workspace with cable and USB connections. Garage remains closed and locked, used for laundry, secondary bathroom and beach supplies and larger item storage should guest need it. Home does not have abilities for EV charging of any kind. Guest access Guest will have access to entire home. Garage space available for storing items and laundry. Guests have access to garage through kitchen door and side exterior door. No parking of vehicles inside garage. Driveway long enough for two full size vehicles. Other things to note There are many public beach access and parking lots on Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Redington Shores, Madeira Beach. Majority of parking charges a fee of $2.50-$4 an hour and can be paid at kiosks at lot or using park mobile app. Please check signage as it varies depending on beach access. Some street parking is free but limited. Uber/Lyft available throughout Pinellas County. PSTA (Bus/trolley) system available throughout county and runs Gulf Blvd St. Pete Beach North to Clearwater Beach 7 days a week. Use Flamingo app to purchase fares or cash on board.
