You will enjoy free parking, community pool, grill, and private beach access as part of your stay. The condo features a twin over queen adult high-weight capacity bunk bed. The oceanside bedroom is fitted with a new queen temperpedic mattress. All mattresses are new. The TV includes a Roku in guest mode, where you can access your own streaming services by logging in through your phone. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a Keurig machine with starter k-cups, cream, and sugar/sugar substitute. There is also a tea pot and loose tea available. Bath towels, beach towels, and linens are provided. They are washed in All Free and Clear detergent. A starter size laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided to guests. Guests will be provided a key to a ground floor storage closet that contains 4 adult beach chairs, 2 smaller chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys. The complex has a beautiful common space with an outdoor gazboo strung with patio lights. There is a grilling area, outdoor seating, and vast greenspace that is perfect for throwing a frisbee, kicking a soccer ball around, or playing a game of volleyball. There is also a pool. For families traveling with children, a Pack-N-Play with clean sheets, an umbrella stroller, dinnerware, and sound machine are made available. The surrounding area includes historical Southport (10 min away), where you will find a quaint town located on the Cape Fear River. There are numerous dining options, shopping, and scenic views. Explore further by taking a ferry to either Bald Head Island or Kure Beach. In Wilmington (35 min away), visit the riverwalk located on the Cape Fear River, a WWII Battleship, and even more dining and shopping options. Guest access All our guests receive a parking pass and may park anywhere in the condo parking lot. Guests receive a unique door code for your stay, a pool key fob, and a key to the downstairs storage closet. If a guest fails to return the pool fob, they will be charged $25 for replacement. Other things to note - We are located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. - No pets allowed. - No smoking/vapes/e-cigs on the property premises per the HOA.
