House in the countryside near Felanitx. A beautiful place with nice viwes, quiet forests around, perfect to enjoy & rest with family or friends. House with pool, covered bbq, ideal for 7 adults and 1 child. The house features Wifi, Tv Sat, 3 double bedrooms, 3 complete bathrooms, a cot, a baby seat, wide living-dinning room and full equipped kitchen. We offer sheets, quilts and towels. We have 1 extra single bed. Partys or Events are not allowed. The space THE HOUSE- The habitable house is on the ground flloor. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of them with king size beds and one with 2 single beds and 3 bathrooms. This house is ideal for 7 adults upon 1 child. We have an extra single bed, a cut and a baby seat. Towells, sheets and quilts are included, even for the cut. You need our agree to rent the house for more than 6 people even little childs. We have Wifi, Canal SAT TV in German. Living room with a chimeney and wide dinnig room close to the kitchen. A library with novels in different lenguages to enjoy your time. A kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, 2 italian coffe machines and a kettle. A laundry with washmachine, iron and ironing board. We have double glass in all the windows, ceiling fans in all the rooms and heaters with programmers. In the main facade there is a big porche to enjoy the lovely landscapes sitting while you read a book or have your breakfast. Just in front a private big Swimmingpool with a large solarium, sun beds, an umbrella and a shower close to the pool. In the back side of the house there is a nice garden with big trees and more nice views. A covered barbacue in the main facade with movable grill to prepare a good dinner and enjoy breakfast. And a covered garage to protect your car or your motorbike. -ENVIRONMENT- Our House is located 3 km from Felanitx, in a very paceful place, surrounded by 18 hectares of land with magnificent views from the mountains and the countryside. You will need a car to arrive to our house. There are nice beaches very close in Porto Colom, Cala D'Or, Porto Petro or Cala Santany ( you need around 20-25 minutes) Other nice places to visit are The Drach Caves and the Ams Caves, The Sant Salvador Monastery with nice views on the top and a restaurant, the Vall D'Or's Golf Club in S'Horta, Porto Colom Port and bay, where you could rent a boat and have a lot of restaurants and bars. In Felanitx you could find, Restaurants, Chemits, a Lidl and others Supermarkets, bars, many shops and a Medical Center and 2 Petrol Stations. Guest access The celebration of Events is NOT allowed in this property. We don’t accept people under 30 years old. In Baleares Islands, is required a Touristic Tax to be payed per person and day, must be payed 2€ per person and day till the 8th day, then must be payed 0,50€ per person and day. Childs under 16 don't pay. Free WIFI! Other things to note There is a Lidl Supermarket at 3km from the house , and there's the Vall D'Or Golf and the lovely Port of Portocolom around 15 km with a wide gastronomic offer and the option of renting a boat in the Yacth Club.
