Our luxury home offers brand new appliances, furniture, bedding, and a TVs as well as Alexa’s in each bedroom. This 4 bedroom home offers 3 master bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom features it’s own full private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Our lower level entertainment has many games, full bathroom and access to a 7 person hot tub. The tub can be enjoyed while playing air hockey, jenga or watching a movie in our lower level wrap around sectional. The outside deck is brand new with a propane fire pit perfect for star gazing. Minutes into town and stores and the SKI MOUNTAINS Home is located on a private road minutes away from Windham Mountain. Hunter Mountain minutes away. Wonderful restaurants nearby, Windham indoor gulf, the Windham Path, Windham Country Club, and so much more. We have a NO pet policy. IMPORTANT. As we the residence is in a private road and due to bears we require that all trash is to be left at the Windham dump. There is a $2 fee per bag of garbage, recycling is free! Address will be sent with welcome letter and instructions. HOUSE HEATING. Our main heating gelement is controlled by a Nest thermostat. Electric baseboards are only used if an emergency. There are various labels around the house. Upstairs and Downstairs Bedrooms, air heated via baseboards that are turned on clockwise. NO smoking indoors, No parking on the grass there will be a minimum $250 fine per car in the event this house rule is not obeyed. Our Hot Tub is serviced and cleaned after EVERY reservation. We provide : Fire wood, (Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, provided) We also provide Detergent, hot tub towels and robes.
