Guest H4U - Povoa Seaside is a lovely 100M² apartment located in the heart of the city of Povoa de Varzim. This accommodation has 2 bedrooms, one sofa bed (2 people), one babycot, and is fully equipped and furnished. You are 2 steps away from all of the major attractions: beaches, shops, the metro, and Praça do Almada. Our apartment Povoa Seaside is bright spacious, comfortable and very nice for a stay with family or friends ! The space Guest House 4U - Povoa seaside, is a calm and charming apartment that includes 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom with a bath tub, a living room (with sofa bed)& dining room that are very spacious, and plenty of storage space. Our kitchen is full equipped : a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave and all of the utensils necessary for cooking so that you can prepare your own meals if you so wish. Sheets and towels are provided for you. Our apartment is on the 4th floor (with an elevator) and offers views on both side of the building. On one side, you have a pleasant view of a pedestrian store where you have several small shops and on the other side of the building, you have a clear and beautiful view of the city. Everything that you could possible need or want will be in walking distance to you. There are a variety of different shopsnearby, bakeries, a variety of restaurants where you can try some Portuguese specialties, and most importantly, the beach and the sea ! Another great highlight to this rental is that free public parking is available at the foot of the building so that you will not have to worry about finding free parking elsewhere in town. Guest access Guest House 4U - Povoa seaside is on the 4th floor of the building (with lift). You have private access to the entire apartment and just two steps away you will also have private parking if you have a car! Other things to note At Guest H4U we love being hosts and we can assure you that we will do everything we can to insure that your stay with us is an enjoyable and beautiful experience. Check-in time is possible between 3.30pm and 7pm. Check out time is between 8am and 10:30am. Additional fees will apply outside of these time frames : check in between 7pm and 8:30pm will be €15/ between 8.30pm and 10pm is €25/ after 10pm upon request starts at €50. Mandatory city tax (since January 1st, 2023): 1.50€/night/person to be paid in cash on arrival. Cleaning at the end of the stay is provided for all bookings. For stays of more than 7 nights, our hotel service offers a change of towels, sheets and tea towels (additional cost of €35/week). Our private driver can greet you at the airport exit. Don’t hesitate to contact us for rates. A baby bed and highchair are available upon request for an additional fee €25/stay. We do not accept any groups of young people under 25 in our accommodation due to problems with neighbors and non-respect of common spaces. Any reservation in this sense will therefore be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding. There is no heating in the apartment, additional heating can be made available in this case an electric overcout will be charged. Small dogs (under 5 kg) are accepted for €5 per night, payable on site. All our flats are non-smoking, in case of non-respect, €200 will be hold from your Airbnb deposit.
