Nestled in a park like setting, secluded, stays are 3 days min. 3 months max. 5 min. drive to Sunset Beach. The back of the property features a screened porch from which you can keep a watchful eye on the happenings in the saltwater estuary. Frequent visitors include Hawks, Heron, Egrets, Osprey, Pelicans, Pipers and Woodpeckers. Game such as Deer, Otters, Alligators, Rabbits and Squirrels. Enjoy the park style charcoal barbecue, large yard and outdoor shower. Local bicycle rentals. The space 3 bedrooms- master with bath - king bed. Queen bed and double. Full hall bath King and Queen beds are equipped with Tuft & Needle adaptive foam mattresses. Wall to wall carpet throughout. Sofa and two chairs in living room. Every room has a ceiling fan. Fully equipped galley kitchen. All rooms recently repainted. Screened porch has oval wrought iron table (seats 6) plus hammock hook-up. Dining table in kitchen seats 6. Outdoor cold water shower. Park style charcoal barbecue patio. Large flat side lot. Guest access You will have access to the entire house (single floor) except the garage. A storage area off the garage is accessible for yard games and beach supplies. Inquire for additional info about golf courses and such. We provide beach chairs, bocce ball set, umbrella sand anchor, (1) small chair umbrella. There are (8) chairs in blue/white that stay at the house - no beach use. We provide a croquet, bocci, and horse shoe sets for our large flat side yard. Other things to note As of 2/25/21 masks are required in all public indoor spaces in NC. Sunset Beach has resumed full activities. The pier is open for fishing or touring. Some restaurants are allowing indoor seating many with outside provisions. Public's is the best grocery store in our opinion. Many grocers take orders for quick pick-up or home delivery. Food Lion and Lowes are also close by.
