Lake Front Cottage on Iyopawa Island & Golf Course

This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange. The space This vacation rental is right on the water with a sandy beach and access to a canoe and rowboat. We also have kayaks for rent. The dock is available in the summer months and can moor ski boats and pontoon boats. Golf is right across the road. It is quiet and peaceful with good neighbors on both sides. It is a great place to use as a base for hunting and fishing in the Tri-State area. There are three different decks including the Grill Area, Beach Side Deck and the Boathouse deck where the lake picture was taken. We have also provided a children's playroom upstairs when being indoors is appropriate. Guest access The whole property is yours to use, except those areas reserved for storage, which are the Boat house, Basement, and the Maids closet. Other things to note During the Summer months, Starting the first Saturday after June 1st through the last Saturday before September 25th, We only rent by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. During the during the rest of the year, we rent with a two day minimum. We note that this is a rural location and wildlife such as squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, raccoons, ducks, geese, swans, birds, bats, fish and many other types of wildlife may be encountered.
