We offer amazing chef services, massage therapists, extra cleaning & all the bells & whistles. We need your guest list within 48 hours of booking. We allow up to 11 adults or 13 with kids. Everyone will need ID for the guard gate. No parties or other visitors allowed. Read our reviews :) The space 5 Bedrooms / 4000 sq feet / 2 fireplaces / 2 large balcony Main floor - 3 bedrooms (all have king beds - 1 also has a large comfy daybed listed as twin. Downstairs - Master bedroom king bed and large comfy daybed. Connected Office/bedroom large daybed 1 person with bunk bed for small kids only. This is a luxury home designed by renowned designer with custom furnishings, luxury bedding and full chef kitchen supplies. The home spans two double lots with a private beach below. Feels like the Mediterranean located directly across from the Coronado Islands. Whales and dolphins will swim right by all day. Great surfing straight out so you can sip your margarita on the balcony while watching friends surf. We also have surfboards, boogie boards, & beach chairs. Absolutely no pets - sorry :( Guest access This is a very safe, private home and community. We can not approve bookings without a guest list. Please forward full names and ages of each guest with your request. All guests must show ID at guard gate. We accept up to 11 adults or 13 max with kids. Pre-registered guests only. No additional visitors allowed. After a booking has been accepted we can not add extra guests but we can change names with 48 hours notice. We have to cancel booking requests that do not include a guest list within 24 hours of booking. Thank you! Other things to note 1. Security camera - located on garage points at the street - public view 2. You will receive a full House manual after booking is complete with directions and recommendations to share with your group! 3. We have a couple surfboards, boogie boards & beach stuff for your use. 4. Community pool is not heated. 5. We have a private security guard that watches our home 24/7 so you are always protected and our rules are always enforced. If you have any problems our staff is just a phone call away.
