The Space: This delightful three bedroom condo with an open concept layout is perfect for your next family vacation! Upon entry to the unit you will find the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and everything needed to whip up a delicious home cooked meal. Enjoy your meal at the table for eight with additional seating of four at the kitchen bar. The comfortable and colorful living area is just what you need after a long day at the beach. The living room has a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The main bedroom features a king-size bed with access to the private balcony. The large main bathroom has a soaking jet tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with flat screen TV and second private bath with walk-in shower. Third bedroom is perfect for the kids with a twin over full-size bunk bed and trundle bed. The third bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Guest Access: Upon arrival, park underneath on the first or second floor or in front of the building. Parking spots are on a first come, first serve basis .No parking of boats, trailers, R.V.’s or wave runners. Parking a vehicle in any area with a curb painted red or not a legitimate striped parking stall will result in automatic towing, without prior notice or warning at owner’s expense (per condo association rules). Once parked, take the elevator to the 16th floor. Use your code to access the condo. PARKING PASSES: FILL THESE OUT!! If they are not filled out, San Carlos will ticket. There is NO way to purchase onsite any more or offsite – – parking passes MUST be pre-purchased at least 2 days prior to arrival otherwise you cannot park onsite. They will NOT allow 3 in main lot, BUT you MAY purchase a 3rd if it is not a festival or holiday weekend, they charge the same, but the 3rd vehicle is in north lot across the street. WRIST BANDS: There will be eight wrist bands left on the counter for your use during your stay. Please leave these on the counter upon departure as we are charged for them and will have to, in turn, charge you for the replacement Upon check-in, there is a welcome tablet located on the wet bar. Check-in with your email address on the reservation. We strive for a 5 star rating upon check-in! Use the prompts and there is an arrow below to the keyboard. The Neighborhood: San Carlos is conveniently located down East Beach Boulevard within walking distance to The Hangout, The Pink Pony Pub, Sea & Suds and other restaurants and shopping. The complex is located directly on the beach and you are minutes from area attractions! Located just minutes from The Tracks, Waterville USA, putt-putt and other Gulf Shores activities. Getting Around: Take Highway 59 until it dead ends at the T in Gulf Shores. Take a left at the "T". The San Carlos condominium will be on your right. It is the complex right after Regatta. You can park underneath the covered parking on either the first or second floor. Other Things to Note: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. There is NO smoking in the condos, common areas OR on the balcony per HOA rules. If you want to smoke, you have to smoke in the designated area for the charcoal grills onsite Check-in to your tablet upon arrival.
