The main floor boasts a large family room and dining room for the whole family. A queen size bed is in the bedroom on the main floor along with a laundry room, well-stocked kitchen and half bath. Upstairs has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, and a third bedroom with a twin and a full-size bed. There is also a queen size pull-out sofa-bed in the living room, with linens in the downstairs bedroom closet, and a ‘click clack’-style twin futon in the hallway upstairs with linens in the nearest bedroom closet. The outdoor patio, grill, fenced yard and lovely landscaping are all pluses! Two parking spaces are available on the side of the house with additional parking on the street. Guests have access to everything except for the garage.
