We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Brandivy, this charming house of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 33 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room as well as a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A living room of 33 m² with sofa, armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter... - A shower room with Italian shower. - Separate toilet. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: two single beds. Outside : - A large wooden terrace of about 24 m², facing South and West with claustra on two sides, not overlooked. Outdoor furniture, table and chairs, at your disposal. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels included. - Wifi included. - On request: griddle, steam cooker. - The sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space if required. - Washing machine available in the shared laundry located in the manor house and not in the gîte. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
