The house consists of a living room dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 WC, and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to its kitchen. Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each room has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other with a small child's room. This house is located on an enclosed orchard of 1500 m2 with its covered terrace. New optional hot tub space The space Our detached house is located at the confluence of 4 departments, close to major cities accessible in less than an hour (Troyes, Dijon, Auxerre, Chaumont), near an A6 motorway exit. In the village, Crémant de Bourgogne is harvested and bottled. At 25 minutes you can enjoy champagne. And towards Dijon you can take the road of the Grands Crus and Hospices de Beaune. Located in a village of 70 inhabitants our stone country house offers you a haven of greenery and calm. After 3 years of relentless renovations, we wanted for our guests a home that was welcoming, warm, modern but above all conducive to change of scenery.
