The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor: A bedroom with its bathroom. A living room of 45 m2 open to the kitchen. Upstairs: There are 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. Each bedroom has its own antechamber, one with a bunk bed and the other a small child's room. This house is located on a 1500 m2 enclosed orchard with a covered terrace. Optional new Jacuzzi area The space Our detached house is located at the confluence of 4 departments, close to large cities accessible in less than an hour (Troyes, Dijon, Auxerre, Chaumont), close to an A6 highway exit. In the village, the Crémant de Bourgogne is harvested and bottled. 25 min away you can enjoy champagne. And towards Dijon you can take the route of the Grands Crus and the Hospices de Beaune. Located in a village of 70 inhabitants, our country stone house offers you a haven of greenery and calm. After 3 years of relentless renovations, we wanted a welcoming, warm, modern house for our guests, but above all conducive to a change of scenery.
