You are within easy walking distance to the University of Newcastle city campus, the Conservatorium of Music, Civic Theatre, Newcastle Art Gallery, Newcastle Town Hall, CBD, beaches , galleries , parks and harbour Civic Park hosts the Olive Tree Markets once a month. The property is fortunate to be surrounded by great coffee spots, restaurants and hotels. All within walking distance. If you're into walking or running, we can advise you of some great scenic routes, and if you're into water, let us know, kayaking, surfing or swimming is minutes away. Other things to note Exclusive use of the entire apartment . The apartment is on the first floor and accessed by an internal staircase.
