Moseltraum apartment on the Moselle bike path

Our holiday apartment is located in the heart of Zell (Mosel), directly on the Moselle river biking path with stunning views of the river and vineyards directly from our terrace. Our home is within walking distance of countless hiking paths, wine tasting rooms, shopping and restaurants. The space The apartment is 110 m2 in size and is on the ground floor of our holiday home. Guests love the expansive terrace with stunning views of the Moselle river and the comfortable and large living room. The apartment has one bedroom with a 160x200 (queen size) bed, and a 180x200 (king size) bed in an alcove in the open living space. The apartment has one bathroom, a kitchen, and a large open concept dining room / living room. We want you to have a wonderful stay in our apartment and therefore want to share a few additional notes about our apartment and your stay to ensure we are a good fit for you: Accessibility | Our apartment is unfortunately not ideal for guests with mobility challenges. Please look closely at photos to see if our space will be safe for you and reach out if you have questions. In particular, the bathroom in this unit is not large enough to accommodate a walker. Neighborhood | we are located on the main road into Zell and across from a kindergarten. Noise from the street, neighbors and other guests is typical for an apartment like ours in a small town like Zell. Most of our guests are comfortable with the normal noise of the city and neighbors but if you are seeking a very quiet accommodation this is likely not a good fit for you. Bath linens | We provide one bath towel and one hand towel per registered guest. If you would like additional bath linens please coordinate with us at least 2 weeks prior to your stay. (Each additional set of towels is 9.50EUR) Please note that the king size bed is not in a separate bedroom with a door, although there are curtains around the bed that can be closed for additional privacy. Guest access There is a large secure garage where guests may store bicycles or motorcycles. Between our house and the Moselle river is a large free public parking lot. The apartment is one of three secure and separate apartments within our holiday home. It is located on the ground floor, up a half flight of stairs. We are in a quiet neighborhood and have neighbors who appreciate the peaceful atmosphere. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours which are from 10pm until 7am, and to refrain from unusually loud activities at any time. Other things to note The holiday apartment Moseltraum is one of three apartments in our holiday home. Each apartment sleeps up to 4 guests. The middle floor apartment is called Ferienwohnung Moselufer and the top floor apartment is called Ferienwohnung Moselwein.
