The Old Studio, Nancherrow

The Old Studio is a cosy 1 bedroom granite cottage, once a coach house and stable and later an artists's studio in the hamlet of Nancherrow. Walk from the doorstep to the spectacular coastline at Kenidjack Valley and Cape Cornwall or to the tidal pool at Priests Cove. The small town of St Just is a short walk away. Close to Sennen Cove and Portheras Cove. Upstairs is an open plan living and kitchen area with wood burning stove. Downstairs is a comfortable bedroom with ensuite shower room. Note, feather duvet and pillows, if allergy, guests welcome to bring own . one well behaved dog allowed, not to be left alone in the cottage at anytime and please note , there is no fenced garden area so to be kept on a lead outside the studio as elderly cat on site. Meadow may be used for walking Guest access Outdoor seating area by Studio Patio area at lower level outside Studio Meadow garden Please note, friendly dog and cat on site Other things to note Storage for luggage in under the bed. Storage for bikes/surf boards etc is in either of the lean-to's next to the cottage. PLEASE DO NOT COVER THE ELECTRIC HEATERS OR PUT CLOTHING NEAR OR ON THEM TO DRY. FIRE HAZARD AND DAMAGES THE HEATERS. TO DRY WET BEACH CLOTHING PLEASE USE THE DRYER OR LINE OUTSIDE THE COTTAGE. By arrangement wet suits may be put in the boiler room.
