Seneca Place is a historic home. Our guests have the best of both worlds: a private full residence with attentive and available hosts (right next door). Please note that we charge by guest for requests over two, so please enter the correct number of guests to fully understand your costs. This neighborhood is very quiet with little to no traffic and the hosts are ten feet away. There is a covered side patio with an outdoor sofa as well as a connecting back patio with a fire pit. The space This house was built in the 1930s. Much of the hardwood doors, floors and trim are still in place. Clean, quiet and private, this house is available to people looking to visit the city of Pittsburgh or if you’re here on work, it’s a great place to relax and feel safe. Guest access There is a one-lane private driveway that can fit two cars. A digital keypad is on the front door and the guests will be provided their code so they can enter the property without having to retrieve a key or interact face-to-face with anyone else. Mount Lebanon has a vibrant uptown community with restaurants and shopping minutes from your door. 20 minutes to the north is downtown Pittsburgh and 10 minutes to the south is South Hills Village Mall, Whole Foods and many other options for restaurants and shopping. Other things to note While the basement isn't set up for guests, there are laundry facilities available to you for use, if needed.
