Modern and bright house in an ideal location to enjoy a relaxing holiday, with access to the beach and a private swimming pool. The space The house is located in the quiet village of Colònia de Sant Pere, 20 meters from a small and quiet beach (Cala Tonó). On a plot of 730m2, the 250m2 of surface area is distributed in 4 double bedrooms en suite, a bathroom and a living room with an adjacent, modern and fully equipped kitchen. The house is divided into four levels: On the ground floor is the spacious, open and cosy living room, as well as the attached air-conditioned dining room. The fully equipped kitchen, a small laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and a bathroom complete the ground floor. On the first floor of the house there is a bedroom (double bed) with a dressing room and its own bathroom with direct access to the pool area. On the second floor, you will find two en-suite bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea. Finally, on the third floor there is another room (two single beds) with bathroom and access to a balcony. Each room is air-conditioned, bright, spacious and cozy. The outside area of the house has two large outdoor spaces: a chill-out terrace where you can enjoy a snack on a cozy sofa; and a large pool area with lawn and space for a large table and hammocks where you can relax in the fresh air to this wonderful beach house. Finally, a small sandy beach (Cala Tonó) is located just in front of the house, which is used only by the neighbours of the surrounding houses. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, except for the basement door which is for cleaning staff use. In addition, guests will be able to park their car inside the house.
