The space 2 sofas, TV, internet, 2 double beds and dining bar (No stove or kitchen sink) with Coffee maker and Toaster. Bathroom with large walk in shower and heated floors. Separate entrance for the basement level of the home with access to backyard patio. Table and chairs on the patio. Access to the space is at the rear of the house on the basement level that is accessed by walking down the sloped gravel path at the side of the house ( See Pictures). Ideally suited for a couple with one child or 2 small children or two couples. Two double beds situated at one end of the open concept room sectioned off with a room divider (See Pictures). Family with 2 dogs live upstairs so you will hear us and our dogs during regular hours Guest access You have access to you entire space as well as the patio by your door Other things to note Absolutely no marijuana or other social drugs on the premises.
