Casita La Vista With Ocean View Terrazza

Welcome to Casita La Vista. This private suite is on the second story above our garage located in the Las Brisas/El Rio neighborhood of Todos Santos. Your patio has a beautiful view of the ocean where you can see spectacular sunsets while holding a refreshing margarita in hand. We are located near two stores, fruit/veggie stands, and a popular cafe, all within walking distance. We do suggest you have a car to get to the local swimming beach and to tour the area. The space Located in a great neighborhood of locals and ex-pats. The suite is private and equipped for a great time. The space overlooks the property and gardens. A staircase leads up to the suite. French doors with a bug net opens to the patio to enjoy the beautiful view with ocean breezes. A locking gate and fence surround the property. You can look out at the ocean and see whales migrating along the coast from early Dec. through March. Sea Turtles are released at the hatchery at the beach from Dec. to April most evenings at sunset. North a few miles down the main road is Las Pastora Surf Beach. Guest access There is plenty of parking once you enter the property. A stair case leads to the Suite on the second floor. Other things to note The property has different areas, the garage with the Suite, a separate house called Casita Margarita, and the main house, Casa Luna. All of them feel separate and private so you will not feel cramped. Please be aware there might be other guests staying in Casita Margarita while you are visiting. There is a big tree and plants between our main house and the casita which is situated above the garage. It faces toward the ocean and has a privacy fence on the outside patio which blocks the road view. I HAVE A DOG/CAT. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? We love dogs and have two. One brindle colored medium size dog named Nikki and a medium size white lab-Italian greyhound mix named Riley. So we allow dogs on a case by case basis. We like to talk to you before you book to make sure this will be a good fit for you, your dog and our property and that we all have the same expectations. We do not allow puppies or cats.
