You will find a relaxing living room area off the kitchen with a large sectional and chairs with a gas fireplace, 75-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable and several free streaming services including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Peacock, Hulu. Connected to the TV is a sound bar and also located in the living room are both subwoofer and Sonos for your surround sound theatre experience. There is an elegant formal dining room as you enter the double front doors on the right side across from the private office which can be used for work. Fast WIFI throughout the house also. Across from the formal dining room is the private office dedicated workspace which has a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum TV cable and Netflix, entertainment center, comfortable reclining chair, end table, and desk/credenza, multifunctional printer and phone. Each bedroom has a closet with both hangers and a laundry bin for your use during your stay. There is a built in house fan system to cool the house which you can access the fan console located next to the Nest thermostat in the hallway on the 2nd floor The master bedroom private suite has a king size bed and matching bedroom set, additional seating, and kitchenette area. There is a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with Spectrum cable, Sonos, Alexa, and phone in the master suite. In addition, the master bedroom has a small kitchenette and wet bar area. As you enter the master bathroom there is a double vanity followed by a jetted jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in double-headed rain shower with glass shower enclosure. Lastly there is a large walk-in closet in the master bathroom. There is a 4 car temperature controlled garage for 4 cars and additional ample parking on the driveway for up to a total of 8-10 additional cars. We are following all of the recommended guidelines for cleaning in between guests and we can assure you that your health and safety are very important to us. We also expect our guests to follow the checkout procedures to be completed by 10am the morning of your departure that will help protect our cleaning staff and will give us the optimum time to disinfect and clean the home to our high standards. 1 ADT Security and 1 Ring motion detected doorbell camera at the front door of the house as well as 6 outdoor video cameras for security surveillance purposes only on the outside of the premises. 2 cameras facing front, 1 on each side of the house, and 2 facing the backyard including the back porch area, pool, and hot tub area. 1 Ring camera located above back porch also. Saratoga has strict noise ordinance rules and regulations which prohibits noise between 11pm and 7am. Decibel levels between 60 and 70 maximum is allowed. We look forward to hosting you soon!
