The ground floor houses a large kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms, one of which is suitable for the disabled (wheelchair accessible, with electric care bed, if desired, which we provide free of charge). There are another 6 bedrooms with bedrooms and a single room with a bed. Each bedroom with bathroom (shower/toilet), one with corner bathtub, offers pure luxury. On the beautifully landscaped and enclosed property, a 36 sqm swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to cool off. Furthermore, a large cooling cell of 5 square meters is available for you on the terrace, so that you have enough space to cool your drinks and food. In the garden there is also a stone barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes on the grill and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and natural surroundings. The house is a good starting point for excursions to the well-known tourist destinations of Istria: Rabac, Pula, Rovinj and Porec. All of Istria can be explored within a 25-minute drive.
