We always aim to be transparent so guests can make an informed booking. 🏊‍♂️ Rooftop Pool & Terrace Access On the 8th floor, you’ll find a sunny rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a plunge pool (please note: the pool is not heated). It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air above the city. To access the pool area, please take the plastic bag placed on the kitchen table — it contains the fob and pool passes. Simply tap the bag against the sensor on the door — there’s no need to open the bag, as removing items may result in loss or damage, which would need to be covered by guests. Security may ask to see the passes, so please have them with you. 🗓️ Pool Schedule • The plunge pool is open for swimming from May to September. • During the off-season (October to April), the pool remains accessible, but the water is checked only once a week. You are welcome to swim at your own risk during this time. • The sun lounge terraces are open year-round for relaxing, reading, or soaking up the sun. ⸻ 🪟 A Note About the View The studio is located in the very heart of town, surrounded by other buildings — this means there are no open views from the windows. However, what it may lack in views, it makes up for in convenience, modern comfort, and excellent central location, just steps from shops, cafés, and local attractions. Please note: If you require an official booking confirmation letter for visa, registry, or administrative purposes, there is a £20 administration fee for preparing and issuing the document. This fee must be paid in advance.
