Looking for a relaxing beachside getaway or work away retreat? This fully self contained studio with full kitchen & laundry is directly opposite Jones Beach in beautiful Kiama Downs. Everything you could possibly need to enjoy the patrolled beach & children’s park across the road is available for use such as beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, surfboards, beach games, buckets & spades. Close proximity to cafes, grocery store, chemist and liquor shop within 400m. Golf course less than 1km The space This self contained beachside studio retreat offers a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Depending on your requirements and number of guests, you can choose from either a queen bed and sofa set up or two queen bed option. All linen and towels are supplied including beach towels. Cleaning products, basic pantry items and toiletries are all provided. A covered seating area is located at the front of the property and private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs at the rear. BBQ available on request. A number of dining options nearby include Stacks Burgerhouse, Fish Vibes Cafe and Cantik Place all less than 400m easy flat walking distance. A fully stocked grocery supermarket, Bottlemart liquor store, Guardian pharmacy and Coastal Fitness gym and pilates centre are located in the local shopping complex. A medical centre is also nearby. Kiama Golf Club is less than 1km away boasting 18 beautiful holes on a level course offering dining options and entertainment with a free courtesy bus. Kiama township is very popular and offers a number of beaches, pools, shops, restaurants and markets as well as a Woolworths Supermarket. Kiama Downs is a well kept, secret little seaside town. Jones Beach patrolled in the summer months and is a fantastic beach for swimming, surfing, running, walking and sun-baking with nearby Boneyard Beach offering many secret swimming holes. Please just ask us if you would like to borrow the larger fibreglass boards and we will get them for you.
