300-year-old house in the historic old town

Our small historic, listed half-timbered house from 1727 is located just behind the bell tower in the beautifully restored old town of Arnsberg. The house offers 60 m² of living space on three floors and is occupied solely by the guests. A lockable basement offers space for bicycles and other equipment. The space Our almost 300-year-old listed house is one of the last so-called "towel houses" in Germany. It owes this name to the slim shape of the house. This is the smallest house in Arnsberg and is known as "the narrow towel." We have tried to find a balance between history and modernity, so that we preserve old building material as much as possible - but have also carefully inserted the amenities of modern technology. Thus, the charm of 300 years of history has not been lost despite careful restoration. We attach great importance to the fact that our guests feel comfortable, so that everything from the cozy sofa in XXL format to cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery to bed and bath textiles is made of high-quality materials. In addition, it is very important to us that our guests find the house in a really clean condition, so that they do not have to walk through the house disinfecting or have to start the dishwasher. The house is located in the middle of the old town, so that numerous cultural sites, cafes, beer gardens and restaurants are within walking distance. Guest access The entire house is available for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note The living space extends over three floors, with the bathroom on the first floor and the bedroom on the second floor. If you're not so good on your feet, you should definitely take that into account!
