Entire apartment with 4 beds just completely renovated, in the center of town at few meters from Piazza Duomo and Via Etnea, from the Ursino castle and the Roman Theater, composed of entrance, kitchen-living room with sofa bed, bedroom and private bathroom. We supply towels and toiletries and sheets, there is free wifi, air conditioners and flat screen TV in every room. The kitchen is equipped with every need, including microwave and coffee machine. Children are welcome The space The location makes the apartment particularly comfortable, as you can walk around without having to use public transport or have a car. It is located on the third floor of a historic building, with an elevator, but with an internal exposure, which also makes it quiet and peaceful. The apartment has been completely renovated and all the internal equipment is new. Particular attention is paid to the cleanliness of the rooms and the freshness of sheets and towels. We always make available to our guests a first supply of essential products for the stay (bath soap, shower gel, products for cleaning the rooms and dishes and laundry products, disposable plastic cups, paper towels). Finally, we never fail to give some small courtesy to our guests: water, coffee pods, toys for younger guests. Apartment is completed by a small panoramic roof terrace, which is shared between all our guests. Is possible to reserve a car parking place at cost of 10 euro per day. In case of reservation of 2 people only, we will set the double bed only. It will be possible to set the sofa bed as well, by paying a little amount for the additional laundry. Guest access Our guests have at their disposal the entire apartment and the balcony that runs around the entire apartment from which during concerts at the Roman theater, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the theater of lights and sounds. For stays longer than a week a laundry room is available equipped with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. Ironing board and iron available on request also for short stays.
