Loft Over The Vines - Your private, self-contained, modern studio cottage is set on our beautiful 3 acre property overlooking the stunning Tolpuddle Vineyard and just minutes from Historical Richmond Village - breathe in that fresh Tasmanian air and relax in the peaceful surrounds. The space Come and discover our quiet, spacious and modern studio accommodation complete with kitchenette, separate bathroom, luscious skincare products, heated towel rail, queen size bed, luxurious quality linen, electric blanket, relaxed lounge area and reverse cycle air-conditioning with glorious views over the beautiful Tolpuddle Vineyard, Coal River Valley and into Richmond Historic Village beyond. Our family residence is also on site, as is our very friendly border collie, Ruby. She will be very excited to see you and may even leave you a stick or pine-cone on your porch if you're lucky! Ruby loves pats but if you prefer her presence elsewhere she will mostly leave you alone. We have easy, secure parking to our gated property and being very private, your belongings will be very secure. A light, self-service breakfast will be provided to enjoy at your leisure. Nestled in the Coal River Valley wine region, a short 20 minute drive into Hobart and 15 minutes from Hobart airport, we are a perfect base point from which to discover the greater Hobart region and beyond. Richmond is located in the centre of the Coal River Valley and is Australia's finest Georgian village, with its original courthouse, churches and cottages and the oldest bridge, gaol and Catholic church in the country. In the vicinity you can find antique shops, bakery, supermarkets, chocolate and cheese factories, wineries, restaurants, even wildlife parks! Guest access You will have the loft cottage all to yourselves. Please also feel free to wander the grounds at your leisure and help yourself to any fresh produce growing in the orchard (just remember to please shut the gate to keep the possums out).
