The space You can enjoy this large, luminous space with your entire family (and there's even a crib for your little one). Spend your days strolling to the beach, cooling off in your private swimming pool, and admiring views of the surrounding garden, jungle, and sea. Cook wonderful meals with your loved ones and sit down to eat in the indoor dining area or outside on the deck. The house has 4 AC units (one in the entrance, one in the living room and one in each bedroom). There is an apartment below the house (unoccupied), on the same level as the pool, please note that apartment is not for rent or included in this listing. Guest access This house also has access to the community pool and beach pier. Breakfast Buffet: Available at Infinity Bay Resort's Restaurant (West Bay) for a cost of $23 per person/ per day. Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. *In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service. *Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently.
