Free parking available The space The B&B and Home Restaurant S’Ispera is an independent studio apartment, meticulously renovated to restore functionality to a characteristic Fonnese house, in which the essential building elements have been preserved and the technological systems that allow you to live it with the highest levels of comfort have been discreetly inserted. S’Ispera, in Fonnese dialect, indicates the skylight on the roof, typical of the houses of Fonni of the past. It was built to brighten the rooms, as the windows were very small, and sometimes used as the only light source. The accommodation is built in a single room on two levels and from the bathroom. The space where you can stay and have breakfast and where the bathroom is present is located on the ground floor; going up the typical wooden staircase you can reach a beautiful mezzanine (on Pithu), a unique bedroom from which to admire the mattress intertwining of oak wood and rooftop chestnut, interrupted by the sky of Sardinia visible from S’Ispera. The breakfast, strictly prepared at home with local products of excellence, is varied, sweet and savory; attentive to your particular needs and any food intolerances.
