The B&B S'Ispera is a typical house in the heart of Fonni, the highest town in Sardinia. The space The B&B and Home Restaurant S'Ispera is an independent studio, meticulously renovated to restore functionality to a characteristic family home, in which the essential building elements have been preserved and the technological systems that allow you to live it with the highest levels of comfort have been preserved. In the Fonni dialect, “S’Ispera” refers to the skylight on the roof, a feature typical of historic houses in Fonni. It was built to provide more light to the rooms, as the windows were very small, and was sometimes used as the sole source of light. The accommodation is structured in a single room on two levels and a bathroom. The space in which you can stay and have breakfast and where the bathroom is located is on the ground floor; going up the typical wooden staircase you reach a beautiful loft (on Pithu), a unique bedroom from which you can admire the material intertwining of oak and chestnut wood of the ceiling, interrupted by the sky of Sardinia visible from S'Ispera. The atmosphere is familiar, authentic, and simple, designed to make each guest feel at home During your stay Luisa, the hostess, will always be available to welcome you and advise you on itineraries, excursions, local traditions and places to visit in the Fonni and Barbagia area.
