The space The ground floor entryway offers plenty of storage for all of your beach gear, as well as a large laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. On the second level, guests will find queen and king bedrooms with plenty of closet space to hold a week's-worth of bathing suits and beachwear along with a shared, full bathroom. At the end of the hallway, an expansive master suite with a large private deck is perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sand. On the third level, the well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to make a home-cooked meal and plenty of seating if you decide to enjoy take out from one of the local restaurants instead. This level also boast a large living room that opens to a deck with plenty of outdoor seating options. Choose the beach or our gorgeous 16’x30’ LED-lit pool. Shared by both sides of the duplex, this pool is as large as most condominium pools with its sprawling 42’x46’ turfed deck, ample swimming space, and a large wading area for little ones or sun bathing - big enough to accommodate everyone in your group. This addition gives you the option of the beach or the pool as a place to relax and cool off, so come swim with us this summer! Just 70 feet from the drive way is a public access to the largest, widest beach on the Crystal Coast. You'll be hard-pressed to find another second or third row property with such ease-of-access to the beach. The receding tide reveals some of the best sea shell finds on the island. Carry your finds, along with all the family beach gear, back to property with the provided beach wagon. Guests enjoy free, on-site parking. The property has two sets of stairs that may be difficult for some guests to navigate. The entrances and parking lot are under 24/7 video surveillance for your security. There are no cameras inside the home or private areas. Guest access All of our properties use key-code electronic locks. Guest access the property with the last four digits of the phone number they used to book. This code will only work from check-in to check-out and is never shared with any third party. Other things to note The property has three sets of stairs that may be difficult for some guests to navigate. The entrances and parking lot are under 24/7 video surveillance for your security. There are no cameras inside the home or private areas. Instead of charging a security deposit, Crystal Shoals Vacation Rentals includes a damage waiver fee in the cleaning fee that covers up to $2,500 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waiver fee is non-refundable; if a guest changes properties for any reason they will be charged a new damage waiver fee for the new property.
