The house is located on the rural dyke in Breukeleveen with a garden directly on the fifth lake, which offers access to all the other Loosdrecht lakes and the river Vecht. The villa's garden faces west, so the sunset is beautiful. The villa was built in 2003 and has a spacious living room, a dining kitchen where you can eat with a large group. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each (one bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have two single beds). There are 2 bathrooms. The house has its own jetty and bathing ladder. The house is well equipped for families and children: there is a cot, a high chair, games and outdoor toys. The garden is fully fenced and 4 cars can be parked on the property. There are many opportunities for swimming and other water fun near the house. The owner has provided a SUP at the house and you can rent a boat in the marina 2 km away. The villa is located in the countryside and close to the Tienhoven tranquillity area with various walking and cycling routes. There is a café and restaurant 1 km away and there are many (good) restaurants in the neighbourhood. Utrecht and Amsterdam can both be reached in 20 minutes by car.
