The attractively furnished and equipped villa was newly decorated in 2019 and the bathroom was modernized in 2021. It offers a bright, airy atmosphere with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the large living room upstairs. The spacious first floor terrace overlooks the fishing harbor below. On both terraces you can enjoy the morning sun, but during the day in the greatest heat it is shaded here. A vine runs through the terrace railing, the grapes are ripe at the end of September. Njivice, once a fishing village, is almost exactly halfway between the UNESCO World Heritage region of Kotor and the old town of Dubrovnik, and makes an ideal base for exploring Montenegro and Croatia. From the street, a public staircase leads down to the front door and then on down to the small harbor with adjacent pebble/gravel beach. Behind the property is a small area with a lemon tree and clotheslines. Secure parking for two cars is nearby. Enjoy your vacation in the beautiful vacation home near the sea!
