Wi-Fi is good but better yet we have 50 acres w creek & mountain to explore or circle firepit to solve world problems. A few chickens that roam the property & you can too! The space This was my grandparent's farmhouse and I've been in the process of remodeling. It's rustic and still needs some finishing touches but its clean and very homey. The upstairs portion of the home is blocked off for storage but all downstairs rooms are all available. I provide quality sheets, towels, bedding, pillows and all supplies. Just bring your clothes and food! There is a firepit in back and I have free firewood. Home has new refrigerator, new stove/oven, clean bathroom, a microwave, Keurig coffee pot, tea pot, dishes and cookware. Its a very unique home on a really cool property only 15 minutes to Red River Gorge and only 7 minutes to Kroger grocery store. Your well behaved dog is welcome too for a small fee. If you have a larger group, rent my Forest Edge Retreat right next door. It's a two bedroom 1 bath as well and sleeps 4. If you have a super large group, I also have two separate properties across the road that each have 3 bedrooms/2 baths and sleep 6 each. Guest access Completely private house, use backdoor entrance keycode, you will have the place to yourself but will only be able to access lower level of home. Upper level is for storage only. Other things to note 1) I have 5 free range hens roaming property so be sure your fur baby is "chicken friendly" or on leash. Also, there is a broom on porch to assist with chicken droppings. :) 2) I rent the garage apartment next door to farmhouse. It has a privacy fence and separate driveway but on same property. If you have a large group or two couples, considering renting both.
