This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday house-built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. It's located on WOLIN island (Western Polish Baltic coast),10km east from Miedzyzdroje. You can find here an absolute tranquility.The house is located 50m from Wolin National Park (a great forest) and 1,2km through this forest to the beach. The beach itself: wide, wide, long, white sandy beach. In the house: a fire place+ sauna and 5 bed rooms (4 x double bed + 1 room with 2 bunk beds for kids) The space This is a beautiful, 175qm large luxury holiday- built in 2016 on a 900 sqm large, fenced plot. The house offers relaxation at a high level. The ground floor: - A huge living / dining area with a beautiful fireplace, comfortable and perfectly equipped kitchen (with really ALL that you need in the kitchen incl. kitchen mixer, toaster, Italian espresso cooker, garlic press, pizza cutter, thermos, frying pan, various pots and crockery for 12 people) - 1 double bedroom - 1 bathroom with shower The downstairs area is built very open (partially ceiling is 7-8metres high). This brings a lot of light and plenty of space. Underfloor heating is in the whole house. Natural materials: wood, brick, slate. Big windows. The entire wall to the terrace is glazed. 1st floor: - 4 individually decorated bedrooms (3 x double bed + 1 bedroom with 2-storey bunk beds for 4 children) - 2 bathrooms (1 x with shower and 1 x with a small bath-tube) All beds have new, quality mattresses (5 zones mattresses). In each bedroom you will find enough room for your clothes. A fourth bathroom is located in the garden building- next to the panoramic sauna with a view to the green garden. The sauna can accommodate comfortably 4 people. On the property you will find some nice trees: a beautiful chestnut, apple tree, maple, cherry and weeping willow. Along the house, in the courtyard garden - you can find a 60 sqm terrace (garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock, barbecue, etc. can be found in the garden - utility room). A parking place for up to 5 cars - available in front of the house (the whole plot is fenced). In the house you will find a selection of toys for children (wooden railway set + DUPLO) / aa well as board games for the whole family. In the living room: a large TV with German-language channels (satellite) - hidden behind a wooden door on the shelf (does not interfere and does not dominate the room). DVD player + various films on DVD: available. WIFI for guests: available for free. Bed linen / towels are provided by the owner. The house is ideal for a large family, 2-3 families/couples traveling together or -in the luxury version - for 1 couple who likes to spend a romantic weekend at the fireplace ;-) The small center of Wisełka with some small shops, cafes and restaurants is 1.5 km away (a beautiful path through the woods or on a protected sidewalk along the road- leads there). In Wiselka centre - there's also an all year long open, star hotel "Villa Park" with its excellent restaurant and a wellness center (diverse cosmetics sessions can be booked). Misdroy (Miedzyzdroje) is 10km away. The small lighthouse KIKUT - the second smallest in Poland but - the highest located lighthouse on the Baltic Sea coast - can be reached after a 25min walk through the woods. The Wolin National Park begins literally right outside the door. You don't have to cross any busy street more. Our house is located 50m from the park border ;-). This park (with very interesting ice age glacial formations) - these are old trees, blueberries, romantic clearings, then -closer to the beach: pines) In total a 1.2 km walk to the beach through a fairytale forest (fascinating in every season of the year). Sometimes one could wonder- what's more beautiful here: the beach or the forest..;-) Thanks to the Wolin National Park, which at this point protects like a natural belt the Baltic Sea - you will find a great sandy beach. Wide, wide, white sandy beach, around 25km long and even in the summer months from July to August we guarantee plenty of space (compared to many other sea resorts). We've been always playing football at the beach in July -August during the day;-) No "close together lying" towels. Plenty of air, plenty of room at every season of the year! Warning: at the beach itself there are no food stalls / no bars / no cafes. It's really part of the Wolin National Park and that's why: virgin nature. Guest access GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND EVERYTHING ON THE PREMISES. As a host, I don't live nearby :-) - but I am always available by phone.
