This accommodation is only 100m from Pelada beach away and a few minutes by car to El Médanos' center. Many furniture are handmade and a lot of plants give this property a very special flair. The design meets canarian nature and beach feeling! There's also a private parking and, as usual in our proposals, bed linen, towels and their spares, beachtowels, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are all included. Due to the proximity to Tenerife South airport there may be occasional air traffic noise. We would like to inform our guests that this holiday home is equipped with a surveillance system with visible security cameras in the common areas outside, in order to offer you more security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record images but have the sole function of detecting movement and the eventual activation of the alarm. The base price is for two guests. From the third guest onwards, there is a charge of 20 € per extra guest per night. Other things to note Please note when booking: Due to the proximity of the property to a fine sandy beach, it is possible that, depending on weather conditions, sand and wind could cause discomfort on the terrace. WE INFORM OUR GUESTS THAT EVERY TUESDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 11 AM ONWARDS, THE JACUZZI AND/OR THE POOL MAINTENANCE CLEANING WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY IN CHARGE. IN CASE OF NOT BEING IN THE ACCOMMODATION, THEY WILL ACCESS IT WITH THEIR OWN KEYS TO CARRY OUT THIS COMPULSORY SERVICE.
